It’s so much more than rolling around in your undies
I still remember the very first time I excitedly stopped a session and showed a client a back-of-the-camera-image I had just shot, and her eyes filled with tears.

“No way! That’s not me! That *cannot* be me!” Except, it was. We squealed, she dried her eyes, Lindsey fixed her eyeliner…and my heart was so full, I thought it would burst right open.

So many of my sessions and image reveals are filled with women in absolute disbelief–scouring the image and checking it twice to make SURE it was REALLY them. It can be almost startling to discover that you are FAR more stunning, powerful, and beautiful than you ever gave yourself credit for.

These photographs are so much more than you rolling around in your skivvies, feeling exposed and vulnerable. They aren’t the version of you that you see in your bathroom mirror, in that lovely fluorescent light, where you are really able to examine every inch of yourself from exactly ONE angle.
