Should I bring Props to use during my Boudoir Photo Session

I get this questions all the time !  Can I bring props along for my session?  While it is completely acceptable to do that I do try to steer people away from doing that. Why, because when you add to many things to a photo I believe it cheapens it. Especially boudoir images.  Pinup photos on the other hand are all about the props !!!  I believe that you want to highlight what you have to offer in the photo and not have have it cluttered by a bunch of props.  Now with that being said, some props if used correctly can enhance a photo.  For example, if your significant other loves football, then using a foot ball to cover up your breasts in the photo can be very sexy !

Your mans button up shirt, some sexy eye glasses and a tie can also be very sexy.  Next time he is wearing that shirt and tie, he can not help but think about you in it. It will definitely make his day a little brighter !

If you have a bit of a naughty side, that you keep hidden from the outside world, a boudoir session is a perfect place to bring it out to play . Consider utilizing props such as feathers, whips, chains, and handcuffs.

Just be sure when choosing your props you choose carefully. Because the ultimate goal of these photos is to show off YOU !  And you are amazing and will knock his socks off ( and maybe a bit more, better hydrate girl ).
